Jeff has been extremely helpful in enabling me to rent out my one bedroom apartment in Bangkok. He, more than any other agent I have dealt with, has been willing to put in that extra time which resulted in the unit getting rented out more quickly. He has also negotiated on my behalf to get the best possible deal. Currently the property is taken and whenever there has been a problem he has always been very quick to deal with it.
